Brain Pathology, EarlyView.C3aR expression in IDH‐wildtype glioblastoma is predominantly associated with the myeloid/macrophage compartment and heterogeneous macrophage states. C3aR‐high tumors are enriched among MGMT promoter‐methylated tumors and show improved overall survival, although the prognostic association requires independent validation.
