Optimal Incomplete Block Designs
Summary The class of regular graph (RG) designs, conjectured to be optimal among all incomplete block designs, is defined. The results of a systematic search of the class of RG designs are given for all cases in which v ≤ 12, r ≤ 10 and v ≤ b.

Tight incomplete block designs
Tight incomplete block designs are \(t\)-wise balanced designs, the size of whose hole meets the upper bound. The authors study the existence of such designs whose automorphism group is as large as possible.

Complete/incomplete multi‐view subspace clustering via soft block‐diagonal‐induced regulariser
This study proposes a novel multi‐view soft block diagonal representation framework for clustering complete and incomplete multi‐view data. First, given that the multi‐view self‐representation model offers better performance in exploring the intrinsic ...

Classifying the tracing difficulty of 3D neuron image blocks based on deep learning
Quickly and accurately tracing neuronal morphologies in large-scale volumetric microscopy data is a very challenging task. Most automatic algorithms for tracing multi-neuron in a whole brain are designed under the Ultra-Tracer framework, which begins the

ON ROBUST ESTIMATION IN INCOMPLETE BLOCK DESIGNS [PDF]
The object of the present investigation is to generalize the results of Greenberg (1966) to a wider class of robust estimators which includes her estimator as a special case. As in Greenberg (1966), we consider an incomplete block design $D$ consisting of $J$ blocks of (constant) size $b$ to which $c(> b)$ treatments are applied, there being $n_j ...
