On Provable White-Box Security in the Strong Incompressibility Model
Incompressibility is a popular security notion for white-box cryptography and captures that a large encryption program cannot be compressed without losing functionality. Fouque, Karpman, Kirchner and Minaud (FKKM) defined strong incompressibility, where

Flow and Heat Transfer in a Co-Rotating Cavity with Tubes: A Coupled Prediction Model [PDF]
In previous studies, researchers established mathematical models for predicting the pressure coefficient in simple cavities and tubed vortex reducers based on the assumptions of incompressibility and adiabatic reversibility.

HHO Methods for the Incompressible Navier-Stokes and the Incompressible Euler Equations
AbstractWe propose two Hybrid High-Order (HHO) methods for the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations and investigate their robustness with respect to the Reynolds number. While both methods rely on a HHO formulation of the viscous term, the pressure-velocity coupling is fundamentally different, up to the point that the two approaches can be considered

Modeling durational incompressibility [PDF]
We show how incompressibility, a well-described property of some prosodic timing effects, can be accounted for in an optimization-based model of speech timing. Preliminary results of a corpus study are presented, replicating and generalizing previous findings on incompressibility as a function of increasing speaking rate.

Optimal Transient Growth in an Incompressible Flow past a Backward-Slanted Step
With the aim of providing a first step in the quest for a reduction of the aerodynamic drag on the rear-end of a car, we study the phenomena of separation and reattachment of an incompressible flow by focusing on a specific aerodynamic geometry, namely a

Total Lagrangian Finite Element Formulation of the Flory-Rehner Free Energy Function
The total Lagrangian finite element implementation of the Flory-Rehner free-energy function in the framework of a hyperelastic material model is addressed. It is explicitly given all the equations required to implement this material model in an implicit

An Informational Test for Random Finite Strings
In this paper, by extending some results of informational genomics, we present a new randomness test based on the empirical entropy of strings and some properties of the repeatability and unrepeatability of substrings of certain lengths.

Large alphabets and incompressibility [PDF]
We briefly survey some concepts related to empirical entropy -- normal numbers, de Bruijn sequences and Markov processes -- and investigate how well it approximates Kolmogorov complexity. Our results suggest $\ell$th-order empirical entropy stops being a reasonable complexity metric for almost all strings of length $m$ over alphabets of size $n$ about ...

Directed and elliptic flows of protons and deuterons in HADES Au+Au collisions at sNN=2.4 GeV
Within a transport model coupled with a microscopic coalescence model, the directed and elliptic flows of protons and deuterons as well as their scalling properties are studied in the centrality of 20-30% Au+Au collisions at sNN=2.4 GeV. It is found that
