Mechanical Properties of INCONEL 625 Alloy in Cast and Extruded Conditions
Nickel based super alloys are being studied for possible use in ultra-super critical thermal power plants. This paper reports tensile strength and hardness variation of these alloys at room temperature and 700C. The objective of this research is to compare cast, extruded INCONEL 625 alloys and propound theories explaining mechanical behaviour.

Study of the dynamic recrystallization of Inconel 625 alloys through cogging
Abstract The dynamic recrystallization of Inconel 625 superalloys has been studied through cogging tests performed both on a screw press and a hydraulic press. The microstructure observed in different areas of the part are associated to thermomechanical parameters (i.e.

Characterization of borided Inconel 625 alloy with different boron chemicals
In this study, Inconel 625 Ni-based superalloy, widely used in industrial application, was bonded with three different bonding powders. The bonding powders used were as follows: the first one consists of 90% elemental nanoboron and 10% NaBF4, (NB), the second one consisting of 90% nano hexagonal boron nitride and 10% NaBF4(h-NBN), and the third one ...
