Tailoring Light Management in All‐Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells: The Impact of Nanotextures

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
To further improve the power conversion efficiency of all‐perovskite tandem solar cells, light management strategies need to be implemented. Front‐sided nanotextures reduce reflection losses, which boosts light absorption, thus increasing the tandem JSC, which is further supported by reducing parasitic absorption.

Real and Nominal UK Interest Rates, ERM Membership and Inflation Targeting [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper models the time-varying mean of the UK real and nominal short-term interest rate. Both rates mean revert to a time-varying central tendency in continuous-time interest rate models.

Disorder‐Broadened Topological Hall Phase and Anomalous Hall Scaling in FeGe

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
By systematically introducing defects into FeGe via ion‐beam modification, we demonstrate that disorder broadens the temperature regime over which the topological Hall effect ‐ a signature of skyrmions or other chiral textures — appears, while also increasing its magnitude.

The Costs of Price Stability - Downward Nominal Wage Rigidity in Europe [PDF]

open access: yes
In most European countries, the prevailing terms of employment, including the nominal wage, can only be changed by mutual consent. I show that this feature implies that workers have a strategic advantage in the wage negotiations when they try to prevent ...

Oxygen‐Vacancy‐Regulated Crystallization and Ferroelectric Phase Stabilization in Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 Thin Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Temperature‐resolved in situ grazing‐incidence wide‐angle X‐ray scattering reveals that oxygen vacancies actively regulate crystallization in Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 thin films. By decoupling macroscopic strain from intrinsic phase evolution, a vacancy‐lean environment significantly lowers the activation energy barrier for crystallization.
