Advanced Science, EarlyView.Cancer stem cells (CSCs) in non‐small cell lung cancer display pronounced plasticity and spatial heterogeneity. By integrating single‐cell and spatial transcriptomics, this study defines a DSG2‐associated CSC program and reveals a tumor‐margin niche formed with FAP+ myofibroblasts.
