On indefinite modular forms of weight one

open access: yesJournal of the Mathematical Society of Japan, 1986
Let us suppose that the ring class field \(N_ f\) modulo f (f\(\in {\mathbb{N}})\) of an imaginary quadratic field \(\Sigma\) is a dihedral extension over \({\mathbb{Q}}\) with Galois group \(D_ 4\). Let K be the unique real quadratic subfield of \(N_ f\).

Loop Type Subcontinua of Positive Solutions for Indefinite Concave-Convex Problems

open access: yesAdvanced Nonlinear Studies, 2019
We establish the existence of loop type subcontinua of nonnegative solutions for a class of concave-convex type elliptic equations with indefinite weights, under Dirichlet and Neumann boundary conditions.

Bounds on the non-real spectrum of differential operators with indefinite weights [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
Ordinary and partial differential operators with an indefinite weight function can be viewed as bounded perturbations of non-negative operators in Krein spaces.

Moore-Penrose inverses of Gram matrices Leaving a Cone Invariant in an Indefinite Inner Product Space

open access: yes, 2015
In this paper we characterize Moore-Penrose inverses of Gram matrices leaving a cone invariant in an indefinite inner product space using indefinite matrix multiplication.

Parameters of variation between verb-subject and subject-verb order in late Middle English [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
This article sets out to clarify the contribution of syntactic properties and subject weight for variation between verb-subject and subject-verb order in a database of fourteenth and fifteenth-century prose. It sets out the syntactic structures which are

Mapping Nanoscale Protein‐Corona Kinetics of DoE‐Optimized Perfluorocarbon Encapsulated‐PLGA Nanoparticles by In Situ, Time‐Resolved Synchrotron SAXS

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A two‐phase workflow (OFAT screening followed by central composite design) maps how processing variables tune PFCE‐PLGA nanoparticle size, dispersity, surface charge, loading, and 19F‐MRI signal. In situ, time‐resolved synchrotron SAXS tracks albumin‐corona growth on intact dispersions and reveals PFCE‐dependent adsorption pathways.

Ammonia Detoxification Inhibits Liver Metastasis by Reshaping Hepatic Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Liver metastasis diverts aspartate into hyperactive pyrimidine synthesis, disrupting urea cycling and causing pathogenic ammonia accumulation. Ammonia dually reprograms the microenvironment by: (1) activating hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) into pro‐fibrotic metastasis‐associated fibroblasts (MAFs), and (2) suppressing anti‐tumor monocytes/macrophages ...

MusicSwarm: Biologically Inspired Intelligence for Music Composition

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Biologically inspired swarms of frozen foundation models self‐organize to compose complex music without fine‐tuning. By coordinating through stigmergic signals, decentralized agents dynamically evolve specialized roles and adapt to solve complex tasks.

Periodic Solutions of a Singular Equation With Indefinite Weight

open access: yesAdvanced Nonlinear Studies, 2010
AbstractMotivated by some relevant physical applications, we study the existence and uniqueness of T-periodic solutions for a second order differential equation with a piecewise constant singularity which changes sign. Other questions like the stability and robustness of the periodic solution are considered.

t-Exponential Memory Networks for Question-Answering Machines

open access: yes, 2018
Recent advances in deep learning have brought to the fore models that can make multiple computational steps in the service of completing a task; these are capable of describ- ing long-term dependencies in sequential data. Novel recurrent attention models
