In two‐terminal multijunction solar cells, the subcells are connected in series through recombination layers whose electro‐optical properties directly influence all photovoltaic parameters. Here, we introduce low‐temperature sputtered zinc tin oxide (ZTO) as an indium‐free recombination layer for perovskite‐based multijunction devices.

Overcoming Material Incompatibility via 2D Free‐Surface Engineering
A scalable post‐epitaxial strategy introduces a sub‐nanometric 2D free surface (2DFS) at the heterointerface, effectively decoupling lattice‐mismatched layers. This process significantly reduces strain‐driven defects and dislocation density in Ge/Si heterostructures. The resulting bulk‐like material quality, validated by advanced microscopy and optical

ABSTRACT We present a study that combines several marine geophysical techniques to detect and map archaeological sites from the Roman period in the shallow waters of the Venice Lagoon, Italy. We employed marine electrical resistivity tomography (M‐ERT), a drone‐based unmanned surface vehicle (USV) multibeam sonar, and subbottom profiler technology to ...

This study investigates how annealing temperature affects the formation of hole‐selective self‐assembled monolayers. Advanced in situ X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy uncovers that increasing the annealing temperature beyond the conventional 100°C reduces the thickness of 2PACz from a multilayer stack of ∼5 nm to a monolayer at 150°C and improves its ...
