Oxidized Ti Single Atoms and Co₃O₄ with Abundant Oxygen Vacancies Collaborating with Adjacent Pd Sites for an Efficient and Stable Oxygen Reduction Reaction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ORR pathways on the surface of CP@Ti‐1 catalyst, where oxygen vacancies in Co‐oxide and oxidized Ti single atoms promote the O2 splitting while adjacent Pd sites trigger the subsequent hydration step. Abstract The current study addresses these key issues by providing the ensemble sites and creating oxygen vacancies in the oxidized Ti‐single atoms. Here

Aromaticity‐Dependent Memristive Switching

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The article describes a resistive switching mechanism based on the creation of virtual filaments. Research consists of experimental and theoretical data supporting the theory that resistance of the memristor can be modulated by a redox‐induced aromaticity change of a working material.

Ultra‐Sensitive Short‐Wave Infrared Single‐Photon Detection Using a Silicon Single‐Electron Transistor

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This paper presents an innovative approach for short‐wave infrared single‐photon detection, achieving a remarkable noise‐equivalent power of 10⁻19 W Hz−1/2 using silicon single‐electron transistors. The detection relies on shift in SET current peaks and occurrence of random telegraph signals under light irradiation, unlocks new possibilities for ...
