ABSTRACT Introduction/Objective Acute intracranial stenting during endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) for ischemic stroke requires intraprocedural antiplatelet therapy (APT) to maintain patency. However, the hemorrhagic risk of combining APT with intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) remains uncertain.

Indicative And Subjunctive Conditionals [PDF]
. My dissertation, consisting of three independent papers, argues for a version of Stalnaker's semantics of indicative conditionals, similar to the approach taken by Heim (1992). In the first paper, I argue that competing approaches to indicatives -- the

Reconditioning the conditional [Recondicionando o condicional]
Many authors have hoped to understand the indicative conditional construction in everyday language by means of what are usually called conditional probabilities. Other authors have hoped to make sense of conditional probabilities in terms of the absolute

In this paper, we introduce a large class of (so-called) conditional indicators, on a complete probability space with respect to a sub $σ$-algebra. A conditional indicator is a positive mapping, which is not necessary linear, but may share common features with the conditional expectation, such as the tower property or the projection property.

Indicative and counterfactual ‘only if’ conditionals
We report three experiments to test the possibilities reasoners think about when they understand a conditional of the form 'A only if B' compared to 'if A then B'. The experiments examine conditionals in the indicative mood (e.g., A occurred only if B occurred) and counterfactuals in the subjunctive mood (A would have occurred only if B had occurred ...

A two‐dimensional multiscale finite element analysis framework was established for the first‐generation MoSiBTiC alloy, and the mechanical and fracture‐related parameters of the constituent phases were calibrated through experiments and simulations. The framework provides a basis for analyzing crack propagation behavior in its complex microstructure ...
