Indications and contra-indications for perforation keratoplasty
Documenta Ophthalmologica, 1977Thirty years' experience with perforating keratoplasty has shown us new indications for this technique, but certainly also new contra-indications. At first the prognosis of perforating keratoplasty improved because of better surgical techniques, so that the number of indications increased.

GKNS for uveal melanoma has become a recognized valued treatment which avoids enucleation of the eye. In the early days, the eccentric location of these tumors made treatment difficult, but Gamma Knife Perfexion has solved that problem. It is known that larger tumors and tumors with an anterior location have a worse prognosis.

Detection of the Indicated Area with an Indication Stick
2000This paper describes a detection method of indication action and the corresponding indicated area with a stick. In human communication, there exists ambiguity of indication action, so we need some useful knowledge about indication action. We propose a detection method of the indicated area based on the knowledge which we clarify by means of observation

Indices of Reciprocal Properties or Harary Indices
Journal of Chemical Information and Computer Sciences, 1997Reciprocal topological properties are used for building up novel indices referred to as Harary indices. They are defined by the aid of matrix algebra and examplified on appropriate sets of graphs. Analytical relations for calculating the indices, defined both on the basic and the reciprocal property, in particular classes of graphs are derived.

Indicators+: A proposal for everyday peace indicators
Evaluation and Program Planning, 2013Many of the approaches to measuring peace favoured by international organisations, INGOs and donor governments are deficient. Their level of analysis is often too broad or too narrow, and their aggregated statistical format often means that they represent the conflict-affected area in ways that are meaningless to local communities.

Radiology, 2010Amidst the discussion of reform and increasing health care costs, relatively little is being said about excessive imaging, but this issue needs to be addressed by radiologists before the matter is addressed by others.
