Direct and indirect organogenesis inCoccinia indica
Journal of Horticultural Science, 1993Regeneration of Coccinia has been achieved on MS medium supplemented with different cytokinins and auxins. Direct and indirect organogenesis from the leaf and nodal explants was observed on MS medium supplemented with 2.5 mg I“1 benzyl amino purine (BAP), 0.5 mg 1~\ 6-furfuryl aminopurine (kinetin, Kn) and 0.1 mg I'1 indole-3-butyric acid (IBA). Callus

In vitro regeneration of Melothria maderaspatana via indirect organogenesis
In Vitro Cellular & Developmental Biology - Plant, 2008An effective protocol was developed for in vitro regeneration of the Melothria maderaspatana via indirect organogenesis in liquid and solid culture systems. Organogenesis was achieved from liquid culture calluses derived from leaf and petiole explants of mature plants.

Indirect Organogenesis inEclipta prostrata(L.) L.
Vegetos- An International Journal of Plant Research, 2016Eclipta prostrata (L.) L. is now emerging as an economically valuable crop due to its utilization in the preparation of a wide array of industrial products. Availability of sufficient quantity of quality planting material of Eclipta can encourage its wide spread cultivation and production of desired plant raw materials for drug preparation by the ...

Indirect shoot organogenesis from leaves of Dieffenbachia cv. Camouflage
Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture, 2007A novel protocol for indirect shoot organogenesis of Dieffenbachia cv. Camouflage was established using leaf explants excised from in vitro shoot cultures. The frequency of callus formation reached 96% for explants cultured on Murashige and Skoog (1962) basal medium supplemented with 5 μM thidiazuron and 1 μM 2,4-dichlorophenozyacetic acid.

In vitro Regeneration of Sugarcane Varieties via Indirect Organogenesis
ABSTRACT Sugarcane (Saccharum spp.) is an important economic crop that accounts for 70-80% of global sugar production. Nigerian domestic sugar production accounts for only 2.7% of the nation’s sugar consumption. Establishment of commercial sugarcane plantation requires a large number of planting material, which is difficult to obtain using the ...Babura, S. R. +4 more
