Techno‐economic analysis of membrane‐based continuous capture chromatography platforms for large‐scale antibody production

open access: yesBiotechnology Progress, EarlyView.
Abstract Continuous manufacturing platforms and membrane chromatography are process technologies with the potential to reduce production costs and minimize process variability in monoclonal antibody production. This study presents a simulation and optimization framework to perform techno‐economic analyses of these strategies.

The Role of Objective Financial Situation and Psychological Outlook in the Relationship Between Personal Life Shocks and Financial Well‐Being

open access: yesJournal of Consumer Behaviour, Volume 24, Issue 2, Page 632-654, March 2025.
ABSTRACT Existing research examines the relationship between personal life shocks and financial well‐being primarily through the lens of objective markers of the individual's financial situation (e.g., liquidity). Little attention has been paid to the relative roles of these objective markers and more intuitive or affect‐based factors in how an ...

The Role of Reward Certainty and Incidental Emotion in Encouraging Pro‐Environmental Behaviors

open access: yesJournal of Consumer Behaviour, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Rewards are effective promotional tools for promoting desirable behaviors, strengthening engagement, and incentivizing pro‐environmental actions. Integrating expectancy theory and the appraisal tendency framework, this research investigated the interplay of reward certainty and incidental emotions on pro‐environmental behaviors. While previous

Upcycling Photovoltaic Silicon Waste Into Cost‐Effectiveness Si/C Anode Materials

open access: yesCarbon Energy, EarlyView.
Developed a high yield and high sphericity strategy that converts photovoltaic waste silicon (WSi) into cost‐effective Si/C composites (G‐Si@C). ABSTRACT While silicon/carbon (Si/C) is considered one of the most promising anode materials for the next generation of high‐energy lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs), the industrialization of Si/C anodes is ...
