ABSTRACT Genetic contributors to perinatal demise are common but frequently undiagnosed due to clinical and logistical barriers. We aimed to improve access to genetic for intrauterine fetal demise (IUFD), stillbirth, and early neonatal death by developing a multidisciplinary workflow.
