Self‐Assembled Small Interfering RNA‐Gold Supraclusters Detected at the Single‐Molecule Level in the Near‐Infrared‐II Window

open access: yesSmall Structures, EarlyView.
We developed AuCystA, a positively charged gold nanocluster with high NIR‐II emission (up to 1400 nm) and 7.1% quantum yield. Electrostatic assembly with siRNA produced ∼100 nm supraclusters, showing strong stability, siRNA protection, and photostability.

Photoacoustic integrated multimodal imaging for breast cancer diagnosis: A review

open access: yesVIEW, EarlyView.
Breast cancer is a complex and challenging to diagnose. This study highlights how combining photoacoustic imaging with traditional techniques like mammography, histopathology, ultrasound, MRI, CT, and artificial intelligence can improve diagnosis, tumor classification, and managing.

Near‐infrared fluorescence imaging with indocyanine green to identify parathyroid glands in two dogs undergoing bilateral modified intracapsular thyroidectomy

open access: yesVeterinary Record Case Reports, EarlyView.
Abstract This case report describes one dog that underwent bilateral thyroidectomy and another that underwent unilateral thyroidectomy using near‐infrared fluorescence imaging with indocyanine green to visualise the external parathyroid glands to aid in their preservation.

Post‐prostatectomy chylous ascites treated by intranodal lymphangiography: A case report and review

open access: yesSurgical Practice, EarlyView.
Abstract Chylous ascites is a rare but significant complication following extended pelvic lymph node dissection (ePLND) during radical prostatectomy. No universal treatment guideline currently exists. Herein, we present the case of a 74‐year‐old patient with prostate cancer who developed chylous ascites after radical prostatectomy with bilateral ePLND.
