Fluorescent Vesicle Angiography With Sodium Fluorescein and Indocyanine Green

Ophthalmic Surgery, Lasers and Imaging Retina, 1996
* BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: The authors evaluated the feasibility of merging free-dye angiography and the fluorescent vesicle technique to achieve the best characteristics of both. * MATERIALS AND METHODS: Fluorescent vesicles encapsulated with either ìndocyanine green or carboxyfluorescein were mixed with free indocyanine green or free ...

[Indocyanine green fluorescence angiography in Harada disease].

Nippon Ganka Gakkai zasshi, 1994
Indocyanine green fluorescence angiography (ICG angiography) can reveal choroidal circulation, and so it is used to observe uveitis. We examined 29 eyes of 15 patients with Harada disease using ICG angiography. In the early phase, filling delay of choroidal circulation was the most remarkable finding in cases with flat retinal detachment in the ...

[Indocyanine green fluorescence staining in liver surgery].

Der Chirurg; Zeitschrift fur alle Gebiete der operativen Medizen, 2020
Indocyanine green (ICG) opens up numerous possibilities for applications in hepatobiliary surgery, due to its exclusive hepatic excretion and its fluorescence properties in the near infrared (NIR) spectrum.Systematic review of the literature on the application of ICG imaging in open and laparoscopic liver surgery.Literature review and summary of the ...

[Indocyanine green fluorescence iridoangiography in pigmented iris].

Vestnik oftalmologii, 1992
Indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescent iridoangiography was used to diagnose pigmented tumors of the iris. Ten patients with pigmented tumors of the iris were examined using a modified photo-slit lamp with infrared narrow-strip optic filters. Fluorescein fluorescent iridoangiography was found ineffective.
