Mesoporous ZnOS thin films were fabricated by facile spin coating as an electron transport layer (ETL) for HDP solar cells, with undoped ZnO films analyzed for comparison. The best performance, achieving a power conversion efficiency of 16.21% in the FTO/ZnOS/Cs2AgBi0.75Sb0.25Br6/CuxO/Au configuration, was obtained with single‐coated ZnOS films.

Thermal and Thermosonication Blanching of Sugarcane Billets: Enzyme Kinetics and Quality Assessment
Thermosonication blanching (SB) effectively inactivated polyphenol (PPO) enzyme activity in sugarcane billets compared to conventional thermal blanching. The PPO inactivation kinetics followed the weibull model for both the blanching treatments, with SB showing a pronounced reduction in D‐ and z‐values, indicating greater sensitivity for enzyme ...

ZnO nanoparticles were fabricated from bulk ZnO via calcination, capping, and ultrasonication, then incorporated into gelatin to form bionanocomposite films with improved water vapor barrier properties. Gelatin solutions with or without ZnO‐NPs and glycerol exhibited shear‐thickening and dilatant behavior. ABSTRACT Gelatin is a thermoplastic biopolymer

Emerging green extraction techniques are revolutionizing the recovery of bioactive compounds from sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas [L.] Lam) leaves. These approaches enhance the yield and stability of key phytochemicals like caffeoylquinic acids, flavonoids, and polyphenols, which offer potent antioxidants, anti‐inflammatory, and metabolic health benefits.
