Attention‐Based Spatial–Temporal Model for the Entire Indoor Space Temperature Estimation
This study proposes a novel attention‐based spatial–temporal model for indoor temperature estimation, which integrates positional encoding and an attention mechanism with a fully connected neural network. By jointly capturing temporal dynamics and spatial correlations, the model enables high‐resolution estimation of temperature fields across the entire

Indoor thermal comfort in different building blocks
This paper discusses the energy and comfort impact of three types of urban block configuration in the Netherlands. The annual heating and lighting energy demand, and summer thermal comfort hours are compared. In total, 102 thermal zones forming single, linear and courtyard building combinations are simulated within the Netherlands’ temperate climate ...

Multi‐Spectral Gaussian Splatting with Neural Color Representation
Abstract 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) [KKLD23] has transformed novel‐view synthesis from RGB images, yet remains restricted to the visible spectrum. Many applications, including agricultural monitoring, rely on multi‐spectral imaging, where spectral camera alignment and scalability pose major challenges.

A climate‐sensitive tropical urbanism under extreme heat†
Tropical urban dwellers face twin climate challenges that impinge on their quality of life: climate overheating and the urban heat island (UHI). The latter superimposed on the former to lead to high levels of thermal discomfort, carbon and energy consequences.

Advances in Floating Solar Desalination Systems
This review critically classifies floating solar desalination systems into five main categories and compares their thermal performance, productivity and technological limitations. Membrane‐based and multieffect systems showed the highest efficiencies, while traditional designs remain limited by heat losses and scaling.
