In this study, the total protein content and 10‐hydroxy‐2‐decenoic acid content were determined in royal jelly collected at the 72 and 144 h. In vitro bioaccessibility, antibacterial, and antidiabetic properties of royal jelly collected at the 72 and 144 h were also determined. ABSTRACT Royal jelly has received interest as a functional food.

Assessment of Allergenic Potential for Cross‐Reactivity of Olive (Olea europaea) Pit Xylo‐Oligosaccharide‐Rich Extract With Legislated Allergens in the European Union

Spray‐dried xylo‐oligosaccharide‐rich extract derived from olive pit endocarps was assessed for potential cross‐reactivity using in vitro ELISA and in silico approaches. The ELISA tests indicated potential cross‐reactivities with nuts (hazelnut, almond, pistachio, peanut), gluten, and milk in certain batches.

Prevalence and Risk Factors of Food Allergy and Its Association With Asthma Coexistence and Severity in Bangladeshi Schoolchildren: A GIS‐Based Cross‐Sectional Study
