Current Oncology Reports, 2007This paper reviews the efficacy and hazard of sequential combined treatment programs for squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. These regimens consist of initial systemic chemotherapy, known as neoadjuvant or induction chemotherapy, followed by radiation with or without concomitant chemotherapy.
