Nanoneedle‐Based Electroporation for Efficient Manufacturing of Human Primary Chimeric Antigen Receptor Regulatory T‐Cells

Low reproducibility and inefficient gene transfer hamper clinical manufacturing of chimeric antigen receptor regulatory T cells (CAR Tregs).
