Direct Consolidation of Copper–Graphene Composite by Rotary Swaging
The applicability of the rotary swaging method for preparation of electroconductive copper–graphene composite by direct consolidation of powders is proven. The consolidated material features advantageous microstructure featuring fine grains and twins, with homogeneous distribution of graphene, primarily along the twin boundaries, which contribute to ...

2H‐Au Nanosheet‐Templated Growth of PdFe for Electrocatalytic Methanol Oxidation
2H‐to‐face‐centered cubic (fcc) phase transformation of 2H‐Au happens when PdFe alloy epitaxially grows on 2H‐Au nanosheets (NSs), forming 2H/fcc Au@PdFe NSs, and the 2H/fcc phase ratio in 2H/fcc Au@PdFe NSs can be tuned correspondingly by changing the Pd/Fe atomic ratio.

Study of the fundamental plasma parameters by HG ICP-OES with a dual hydride generation system [PDF]
The effect of hydrogen from hydrides generation in a radially-viewed inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy with a dual hydride-generator system on plasma excitation characteristic was studied.

Photo‐Assisted Zn‐Iodine Battery via Bifunctional Cathode with Iodine Host and Solar Response Boost
A bifunctional cathode based on BiOI materials is developed for photo‐assisted Zn‐iodine batteries, serving as both an iodine host and a solar‐responsive material. This design enables dual reaction routes involving vacancy‐based iodine storage and reversible two steps iodine redox.

Study of transport process and discharge structure of inductively coupled electronegative plasmas via fluid model and analytic theory collaboration [PDF]
The discharge structure of inductively coupled plasma is studied via fluid simulation and analytic theory collaboration. At low pressure, the discharge is stratified by the double layer, which is modelled as dipole moment. The parabolic profile is formed in the discharge core when recombination loss is negligible and both the electron and anions are ...

Evolution of electron temperature in inductively coupled plasma
It is generally recognized that the electron temperature T_e either remains constant or decreases slightly with plasma power (plasma density). This trend can be simply verified using a single-step or multi-step fluid global model.

Copper sulfide based electrocatalysts for CO2 conversion are selective for production of formate as major product. Transformations under electrochemical conditions result in significant sulfur loss, and this study examines the nature of how persistent, residual sulfur (observed as surface SO42– species and S dissolved in the electrolyte) can sustain ...
