A blockchain-based scheme for edge–edge collaboration management in time-sensitive networking
Edge–edge collaboration is the main collaboration mode for edge computing (EC) in time-sensitive networking (TSN). This distributed collaboration mode, in which the computing work is implemented collaboratively by the edge computing nodes (ECNs) without ...

The synaptic behavior of MoS2/graphene floating‐gate structures is shown. A subthreshold slope of 25 mV/decade, a high current ON/OFF ratio of 1010$^{10}$ with sub‐nanowatt power consumption are achieved. The programming–erasing time is approximately 11 ns, a memory window of 5.9 V, and a projected 10‐year retention of 91%.

Composition‐dependent structural evolution in GeXSe1‐X selector‐only memory (SOM) is correlated with device switching behavior. Increasing Ge strengthens network rigidity, suppresses atomic motion, and stabilizes threshold switching, while narrowing the memory window. The revealed structure–property relationship provides a guideline for compositionally
