A Study of Web Maintenance in an Industrial Setting
2013 17th European Conference on Software Maintenance and Reengineering, 2013In this paper, we explore facets of web maintenance effort for three commercial Web Information Systems. We decompose effort from over four hundred change requests collected post-implementation over a three month period into the three categories of adaptive, corrective and perfective maintenance change types. We explore two research questions. Firstly,

Framework for Teleoperation and Maintenance of an Industrial Robot
Solid State Phenomena, 2006In this paper, we present a framework for teleoperation and the maintenance of industrial robots. The idea of the framework is to provide a rapid change of products to be manufactured and safely monitor and carry out the maintenance remotely. Also, the goal of the work is to provide an easy-to-use HMI for user of the robot.

Maintenance in the Rail Industry
2008This chapter presents two case studies of maintenance optimization in the rail industry. The first case study discusses grouping of maintenance activities into maintenance packages. The second case study uses a life cycle cost approach to prioritize between maintenance and renewal projects under budget constraints.
