Evolution of excess entropy of 7(6)LiPO3 supercooled liquid (SCL) between Tg and Tm Abstract The vibrational and configurational entropic contributions of modifier Li cations to the glass‐to‐liquid transition and the fragility of supercooled (Li,Na)PO3 liquids are investigated using calorimetric measurements of their ⁷Li and ⁶Li isotopologues ...

Magnetic excitation in the hyperkagome antiferromagnet Mn_{3}RhSi
In a paramagnetic state of a hyperkagome lattice antiferromagnet Mn_{3}RhSi, magnetic diffuse scattering by magnetic short-range order is observed over a wide temperature range of approximately 500 K above the Néel temperature of 190 K.

Abstract Carbon and hydrogen are both potential light elements in the Earth's core. However, the stability and elastic properties of Fe‐C‐H ternary alloy under high pressure have rarely been explored. In this study, we synthesized a new hcp‐structured Fe‐C‐H alloy (FeC0.065H1.05) at high pressure using the laser‐heated diamond anvil cell.

Flavor distributions in the nucleons: SU(2) sea asymmetry or isospin symmetry breaking? [PDF]
The Gottfried sum-rule violation reported by the New Muon Collaboration was interpreted as an indication for a flavor asymmetry of the sea quark in the nucleon.

Spin and Charge Dynamics Ruled by Antiferromagnetic Order in Iron Pnictides
We examine the spin and charge excitations in antiferromagnetic iron pnictides by mean-field calculations with a random phase approximation in a five-band itinerant model. The calculated excitation spectra reproduce well spin-wave dispersions observed in

Elastic and inelastic scattering of neutrons on 238U nucleus
Advanced modelling of neutron induced reactions on the 238U nucleus is aimed at improving our knowledge of neutron scattering. Capture and fission channels are well constrained by available experimental data and neutron standard evaluation.

Phonon dispersion curves in Cr2AlC single-crystals
Neutron inelastic scattering is used for the first time to measure phonon dispersion branches in Cr2AlC MAX phase single crystals with appreciable size. Phonon spectra are also calculated within the Density Functional Perturbation Theory (DFPT) framework
