Astronomische Nachrichten, EarlyView.ABSTRACT We present a systematic procedure for constructing normalized transverse momentum probability distributions from phenomenological unintegrated gluon distributions (UGDs). These distributions provide the probabilistic foundation of the QCD dynamical entropy formalism and can be employed in the evaluation of other statistical observables.
