Large‐scale bidirectional arrayed genetic screens identify OXR1 and EMC4 as modifiers of αSynuclein aggregation

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

The 8π Inertia Identity: Thermodynamic Origin of Inertia via the Flux-Response Constant kSEG

We propose a thermodynamic formulation of inertia based on horizon thermodynamics and the response constant k_SEG = 4 pi G / c^3. Using the Clausius relation (delta Q = T dS) with the Unruh temperature and Bekenstein entropy shift, we recover Newton’s second law (F = m a).
