Inertial frame of reference in kerr space

In the gravitational field produced by a uniformly rotating charged ring, a frame of reference that is the analog of an inertial frame in flat space is constructed. Expressions are obtained for the energy in a sphere of radius r and the total energy in such a frame of reference. The results are compared with the results of other papers.
