Detection of a novel papillomaviral sequence in viral plaques confined to the pinna of a dog
Veterinary Dermatology, Volume 34, Issue 4, Page 367-370, August 2023., 2023 A raised plaque that contained histological evidence of papillomavirus infection and sequences from a novel papillomavirus type developed close to the ear canal of a 14‐year‐old West Highland white terrier. The plaque was excised, and further plaques developed within the same area of pinna.

Ecological Entomology, Volume 51, Issue 3, Page 475-488, June 2026.Using multiple infected and uninfected Drosophila sturtevanti lines, we investigated (i) the impact of Wolbachia on fecundity and (ii) its effects relative to antibiotic treatment. Based on over 1680 dissected ovaries, fecundity was similar between infected and uninfected flies.
