Galvanotactic reaction of infective larvae of Trichostrongylus retortaeformis

The infective larvae of Trichostrongylus retortaeformis exhibit a galvanotactic reaction like other animals and showed a preference for the cathode agar bridge. At a current intensity of 40 ma about 40% of the larvae became extremely sluggish and inactive and the rest were found in knots among the cathode agar bridge.
