Ruptured pseudo-aneurysm of a femoral artery in a drug abuser revealed by post-mortem CT angiography [PDF]
A 35-year-old drug addict was found dead in a public toilet with a ruptured groin, which was later diagnosed to be a leaking pseudo-aneurysm. Investigation at the scene revealed impressive external hemorrhage related to a groin wound.

Infected Aneurysm after Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection
A 79-year-old man on hemodialysis was hospitalized for further investigation. Early gastric cancer was diagnosed by gastrointestinal endoscopy and endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) was performed. Fever and abdominal pain thereafter developed, and a severe inflammatory response was observed on a blood test.

SIDT2‐immunoreactive inclusions are observed in the striatum, cerebral cortex, and hypothalamus in HD cases with different Vonsattel grades, and the frequency of SIDT2‐immunoreactive inclusions is associated with longer CAG repeats in the huntingtin gene.

Endovascular Aneurysm Repair in HIV Patients with Ruptured Abdominal Aneurysm and Low CD4
We report two HIV infected patients with ruptured abdominal aneurysm by using endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) technique. A 59-year-old Thai man had a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm and a 57-year-old man had a ruptured iliac artery aneurysm.

Maternal SD during pregnancy enhances the development of diet‐induced NASH in adult offspring of both sexes through an NR4A3‐dependent mechanism, characterised by heightened inflammation and increased apoptosis. Maternal melatonin supplementation effectively alleviates this increased susceptibility to NASH in offspring.
