Plant expression vector's construction of VP2 gene of infectious bursal disease virus

The VP2 gene of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV, HZ96 strain) was amplified by polymerase chain reaction with special primers containing Kpn Ⅰ and Sal Ⅰ. The purified PCR product was digested by restricted enzymes Kpn Ⅰ and Sal Ⅰ.
