Use of 18-lead Electrocardiogram in Diagnosing Right Ventricular and Posterior Wall Involvement in Patients with Acute Inferior Myocardial Infarction

open access: yes, 2022
We conducted a prospective study on all patients who presented with acute inferior MI and were admitted to our Coronary Care Unit from 1 July 1997 to 31 December 1997.

A case of sudden-onset painless unilateral vision loss postintravenous streptokinase in a patient of acute inferior-wall myocardial infarction

open access: yesHeart India, 2018
Coronary thrombolysis with intravenous (IV) streptokinase is widely used as a strategy for coronary reperfusion for acute myocardial infarction (MI). Systemic administration of fibrinolytic agents is associated with hemorrhagic risks such as cerebral ...

Atomic‐Scale Detection of Néel Vector Switching in the Single‐Layer A‐Type Antiferromagnet Cr2S3‐2D

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Interfacial electron donation from graphene redistributes charge within single‐layer Cr2S3‐2D, preferentially accumulating at the lower Cr/S plane. The resulting minute magnetic imbalance lifts the equivalence of the two magnetic sublayers, enabling atomic‐resolution identification and field‐induced control of Néel‐vector states in a two‐dimensional A ...

Conformal Thermoreversible Gelatin‐Based Gel for High‐Fidelity Electrophysiological Recording and Acute Peripheral Nerve Interfacing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A thermoreversible gelatin‐based gel forms a soft, conformal bioelectronic interface on complex biological surfaces. The flowable precursor penetrates hair‐dense regions, solidifies in situ, and maintains low impedance through adaptive contact and hydration retention.

Side‐Chain‐Induced Interlayer Slipping in Metalloporphyrin COFs Enables Microenvironment and Spin‐State Regulation for Photocatalytic CO2 Reduction

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Alkoxy chain length drives a continuous transition from eclipsed AA to a serrated, slipped AA* configuration over Co‐porphyrin COFs. A moderate slip both contracts the pore channel to enrich CO2 and suppress hydrogen evolution, and enhances collective high‐spin of Co sites, which delivers a record CO production rate with high selectivity.
