Aerosol jet printing enables rapid, customizable fabrication of flexible, fully gold multi‐electrode arrays (MEAs) for organotypic bioelectronic interfaces. The printed MEAs exhibit stable electrochemical performance, cytocompatibility, and functionality in recording and stimulation, including integration with 3D‐printed constructs.

THE EFFECT OF INFILL DENSITY ON FRACTURE TOUGHNESS RESULTS OF PLA MATERIAL [PDF]
The main objective of this research is to obtain a comprehensive insight into the influence of infill density on the fracture toughness results of PLA material, used in FDM technology. This paper presents four infill cases (100%; 70%; 40%; 10%) with 0.1 mm layer height.

Ti6Al4V‐Bioglass‐Copper Composites for Load‐Bearing Implants
We have designed and manufactured a novel Ti64‐based composite by adding 45S5 bioglass (BG) and copper (Cu). Adding BG on titanium improves wear resistance and biocompatibility, whereas Cu addition improves mechanical strength while providing inherent lifelong bacterial resistance.

This study evaluates 3D‐printed recombinant spider silk hydrogel eADF4(C16)‐RGD in a rat AV loop model for tissue engineering. Constructs with T17b endothelial progenitor cells showed enhanced vascularization and biodegradation. Results highlight the importance of scaffold design and cellular integration in improving vascular density and overall ...

Multiphase printable organohydrogels with tunable microstructures are developed to control molecular transport pathways for immiscible cargo. The tortuosity and domain size of the colloidal phases are tuned by adjusting temperature and shear during processing, which enables the tailoring of diffusion kinetics due to different transport pathways.

Spin‐coated films of the conjugated polymer F8T2 (poly (9,9‐dioctylfluorene‐alt‐bithiophene)) generate superoxide at the film‐medium interface, enabling precise delivery of reactive oxygen species (ROS) as visible‐light “ROS patches.” Coated surfaces drive rapid, localised cytotoxicity in MCF7 cancer monolayers under white light, providing a reagent ...

Impact properties of FDM-grade PLA material relative to infill density [PDF]
One interesting feature of Additive Manufacturing (AM) is the ability to manipulate the internal structure of fabricated objects. In FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology, the heated nozzle deposits the melted thermoplastic material onto a build platform. Namely, both the filling pattern and density can be controlled here.

Preliminary observations of Rustaveli basin, Mercury [PDF]
Rustaveli basin on Mercury (82.76° E, 52.39° N) is a 200.5 km diameter peak-ring basin. Since the approval of its name on April 24, 2012, it has not featured prominently in the literature.
