Shear‐Wave Splitting Measured for Permanent Reservoir Monitoring Systems: An Example From the Snorre Field

open access: yesGeophysical Prospecting, Volume 74, Issue 4, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Microseismic monitoring of offshore CO2$\rm CO_2$ storage projects is likely to include some deployment of offshore sensors. To improve the value proposition of this monitoring infrastructure, it is important to consider what other information can be gained about the CO2$\rm CO_2$ storage complex and the surrounding region.

Statical Analysis of Infilled Frames

open access: yes, 2001
It is known that infill walls considerably change the behaviour of frames under horizontal loads. However, on this subject, there is not enough knowledge and experience accumulations compared with some other subjects in structural analysis. In order to contribute to the behaviour of infilled frames, a series of experiments were carried out under ...

Shifting the Paradigm: Redefining the Chronostratigraphy of the Triassic Rewan Group, Bowen Basin, Australia

open access: yesBasin Research, Volume 38, Issue 3, May–June 2026.
New U–Pb zircon dating shows the Rewan Group was deposited between ~250 and 233 million years ago and that sedimentation shifted across the basin through time, with earlier deposition in the foredeep and later deposition in the back bulge. Testing multiple dating approaches and grain‐selection strategies improves confidence in these age estimates and ...

Multi‐Proxy Thermal History of Basin Heating During Cordilleran Orogenesis in the Magallanes‐Austral Retroarc Foreland Basin, Patagonian Andes

open access: yesBasin Research, Volume 38, Issue 3, May–June 2026.
Paleogene unconformity development from ~64 to 22 Ma for the Magallanes‐Austral retroarc foreland basin (MAB). Schematic shows (A) MAB foreland subsidence and basin infilling, (B) onset of cooling and basin inversion as subducting plate shallows, (C) continued foreland uplift, erosion and cooling as the oblique Farallon‐Phoenix ridge subducts beneath ...

3D morphological analysis of age and sex‐related changes in human cortical bone remodeling spaces using micro‐CT

open access: yesJournal of Anatomy, Volume 248, Issue 5, Page 719-738, May 2026.
This study investigates human cortical bone remodeling space morphology and its relationship with age and sex using micro‐CT imaging. Remodeling space morphology exhibits great inter‐ and intraindividual variation. Its dimensions decrease with increasing age, but do not differ between sexes.

Restoration of forestry‐drained oligotrophic peatlands can bring climate change mitigation within a few decades

open access: yesRestoration Ecology, Volume 34, Issue 4, May 2026.
Abstract Introduction Climate mitigation by peatland restoration is suggested, but data from restored forestry‐drained peatlands (FDP) is sparse. Studies using surrogate emission factors from pristine peatlands have indicated a long‐lasting warming effect of restoration of nutrient‐poor FDPs, while restoration‐specific studies are missing.

Analisa Inelastis Portal - Dinding Pengisi dengan “Equivalent Diagonal Strut”

open access: yesJurnal Teknik Sipil, 2010
