If the intention of the central bank is to maximize actual output growth, then it has to be credibly committed to a strict inflation targeting rule, and to take the MOGIR (the Maximizing Output Growth Inflation Rate) as the target.

Streamlined Inkjet‐Printing of Stretchable Organic Photodetectors
Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.This work introduces stretchable photodetectors fully inkjet‐printed on stretchable substrates. It is demonstrated that printed stiff platforms effectively decouple strain from the stretched substrate and serve as a chemically resistant and mechanically rigid platform.

Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.This work presents a method to print multi‐layer elastomer structures containing liquid cavities, where the fluid is incorporated as part of the printing process by freezing it, thus avoiding the conventional final filling step. We demonstrate this process by fabricating and characterizing dense arrays of zipping electrostatic actuators.
