Machine Learning‐Enhanced Clinical Decision Support for Diagnosing Sinusitis With Nasal Endoscopy
ABSTRACT Background Sinusitis is a prevalent disease for which nasal endoscopy (NE) is an optimal diagnostic modality. However, NE accuracy is limited by inter‐operator variability in landmark identification and localization of mucus that is necessary for sinusitis diagnosis. We sought to develop a novel multi‐class machine learning (ML) framework that

Cluster Formation and Phase Transitions Induced by Vibrational Strong Coupling
Non ‐ resonant Rayleigh scattering reveals that vibrational strong coupling induces clustering and phase transitions in liquids that undergo well defined transitions with temperature and solvent composition. Abstract Vibrational strong coupling (VSC) has been shown to significantly modify the chemical and physical properties of molecules and materials.

Irrigation of periodontal pockets with human periopathogens, in combination with a 14‐day ligature‐induced periodontitis protocol, significantly enhances alveolar bone loss and sustains bacterial colonization for up to 28 days following ligature removal, thereby more closely replicating the chronic nature of human periodontitis compared to the ligature

Advancing Structure Elucidation with a Flexible Multi‐Spectral AI Model
The MultiModalSpectralTransformer (MMST) is an automated tool that helps identify molecular structures by combining different spectroscopic methods, including 2D and 1D NMR, IR, and MS, within a unified AI framework. Trained on 4 million simulated compounds, MMST achieves 72% top‐1 accuracy in molecular identification and adapts to new chemical spaces ...

Objective Behavior and motor manifestations are distinctive yet often overlooked features of epileptic seizures. Seizures can result in transient disruptions in motor control, often organized into specific behavioral sequences that can inform seizure types, onset zones, and outcomes.
