The concept of a mathematical information cascade captures the idea that a single known mathematical fact can generate an unbounded chain of new facts through successive logical deductions. In this paper we formalise this intuition by introducing a precise definition of the cascade generated by an initial proposition A, denoted Cascade(A).

An Anti‐Amyloidogenic Approach to Specifically Block Memory Consolidation in Mice for Therapeutic Intervention

Functional amyloid conversion of the translation regulator CPEB3 is essential for long‐term memory persistence. This study demonstrates that targeting this molecular switch with the anti‐amyloidogenic peptide QBP1 selectively blocks CPEB3 fibrillation without disrupting phase separation.
