Combining antibody conjugates with cytotoxic and immune‐stimulating payloads maximizes anti‐cancer activity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

BIM – search for information

open access: yesOn Architecture — Shaping the City through Architecture
The digitalization in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) sector is often heralded as a revolution in the way of working. However, it turned out to be a gradual evolution of the process. An industry accustomed to monolithic representations containing all necessary data for a certain project phase has a hard time changing ...

Cognitive abilities and superior decision making under risk [PDF]

open access: yesJudgment and Decision Making, 2009
Individual differences in cognitive abilities and skills can predict normatively superior and logically consistent judgments and decisions. The current experiment investigates the processes that mediate individual differences in risky choices.

Consumer Search and Information Intermediaries [PDF]

open access: yes
In this paper we model the market for a homogeneous good and examine the role of information in determining market outcomes. Unlike in Baye and Morgan (2001) where consumers can only learn about the prices charged by different firms by subscribing to an ...

Tumor mutational burden as a determinant of metastatic dissemination patterns

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study performed a comprehensive analysis of genomic data to elucidate whether metastasis in certain organs share genetic characteristics regardless of cancer type. No robust mutational patterns were identified across different metastatic locations and cancer types.

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

A memory-theoretic account of citation propagation

open access: yesRoyal Society Open Science
Despite the common assumption that citations are indicative of an article’s scientific merit, increasing evidence indicates that citation counts are largely driven by variables unrelated to quality. In this article, we treat people’s decisions of what to
