Information encryption in phase space
Optics Letters, 2015In this Letter, we propose an information encryption technique based on the theory of phase-space optics. We show that encoding the plaintext in phase space provides a higher level of security: first, the key-space is significantly enlarged. Second, it is immune to various known-plaintext (cyphertext) attacks to which the double-random phase encryption

Space information flow: Multiple unicast
2012 IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory Proceedings, 2012The multiple unicast network coding conjecture states that for multiple unicast in an undirected network, network coding is equivalent to routing. Simple and intuitive as it appears, the conjecture has remained open since its proposal in 2004 [1], [2], and is now a well-known unsolved problem in the field of network coding.

Information Space Receding Horizon Control
IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, 2013In this paper, we present a receding horizon solution to the optimal sensor scheduling problem. The optimal sensor scheduling problem can be posed as a partially observed Markov decision problem whose solution is given by an information space (I-space) dynamic programming (DP) problem.

Proceedings of the Second International Workshop on Community Networking 'Integrated Multimedia Services to the Home', 2002
Any computer on the Internet potentially connects you to millions of other people. The promise is that great communities will form, communities based not on accidents of location, but on common interests and concerns. This is, to a certain extent occurring.
