Information Science Experiment System (onboard information)

Proceedings. IEEE Energy and Information Technologies in the Southeast', 2003
The Information Sciences Experiment System (ISES) is conceived as a computer resource in space. Its tasks are to assist space-science experiments to develop and demonstrate information-processing concepts that eventually may be used onboard dedicated spacecraft and to provide an experiment base to develop information technology for use in space systems.
