Unraveling the Electronic Structure of Silicon Vacancy Centers in 4H‐SiC
Advanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 58, 20 July 2026.The electronic structure of the silicon vacancy in 4H‐SiC is probed via transient absorption spectroscopy, uncovering previously inaccessible excited states of the quartet and doublet spin channels, including the V2' transition. In combination with theoretical analysis, a comprehensive picture of the electronic structure is established.

Advanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 38, 9 July 2026.A real‐time, non‐contact photoplethysmography (PPG) system based on InAs colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) synthesized via a seedless injection synthesis is demonstrated.
