A novel vision sensor for longitudinal tear detection of conveyor belt

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2017
In view of problem of unclear image of existing longitudinal tear detection of conveyor belt, a novel vision sensor based on infrared and visible image fusion was proposed. In the proposed sensor, coaxial light from the same lens is projected to infrared

Infrared Imaging

open access: yes, 2009
A mid‐infrared mission would enable the detection of biosignatures of Earth‐like exoplanets around more than 150 nearby stars. The mid‐infrared spectral region is attractive for characterizing exoplanets because contrast with the parent star brightness is more favorable than in the visible (10 million vs.

Near-Infrared Synchrotron Emission from Cas A

open access: yes, 2003
High energy observations of Cas A suggested the presence of synchrotron radiation, implying acceleration of cosmic rays by young supernova remnants. We detect synchrotron emission from Cas A in the near-infrared using Two Micron All Sky Survey (2MASS ...

Mine infrared image enhancement algorithm based on dual domain and ILoG-CLAHE

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2023
The complex working environment of mine leads to the degradation of the infrared image. The existing infrared image enhancement algorithm is easy to lose the scene details or causes the target edge blur while improving the signal-to-noise ratio and ...

INFRARED IMAGING DEVICES IN INFRARED MEDICAL RADIOGRAPHY [PDF]

open access: yesAnnals of the New York Academy of Sciences, 1964
The word “thermograph” often used to describe both an instrument and the product of that instrument has as its roots the Greek words thermos and gruphos. The latter means a sketch or pictorial representation; thus, the graphic arts, scientific graphs, photographs, etc. The former relates to heat or temperature.

Infrared and Visual Image Fusion through Fuzzy Measure and Alternating Operators

open access: yesSensors, 2015
The crucial problem of infrared and visual image fusion is how to effectively extract the image features, including the image regions and details and combine these features into the final fusion result to produce a clear fused image.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.
