Regulation of Choroid Plexus Bicarbonate Transporters Following Intraventricular Hemorrhage in Mice
ABSTRACT Posthemorrhagic hydrocephalus is a severe complication to intraventricular hemorrhage. The condition results in enlarged brain ventricles and increased intracranial pressure due to accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). In this study, two mouse models of intraventricular hemorrhage were investigated: injection of lysed red blood cells ...

We present point-source photometry from the Spitzer Space Telescope's final survey of the Small Magellanic Cloud (SMC). We mapped nearly 30 deg ^2 in two epochs in 2017, with the second extending to early 2018 at 3.6 and 4.5 μ m using the Infrared Array ...

We measure the bolometric luminosity of a complete and unbiased 12 μ m-selected sample of active galactic nuclei (AGN) in the local Universe. For each galaxy, we used a 10-band radio-to-X-ray spectral energy distribution (SED) to isolate the genuine AGN ...

Long-term infrared photometry of Seyferts [PDF]
Long-term (up to 10 000 d) monitoring has been undertaken for 41 Seyferts in the near-infrared (1.25–3.45 μm). All but two showed variability, with amplitudes at K in the range 1.1 mag. The time-scale for detectable change is from about one week to a few years.

An infrared study of galactic OH/IR stars. I. An optical/near-IR atlas of the Arecibo sample
In this paper we present optical and near-infrared finding charts, accurate astrometry (~1") and single-epoch near-infrared photometry for 371 IRAS sources, 96% of those included in the so-called Arecibo sample of OH/IR stars (Eder et al.

We present algorithms and software for constructing high-precision difference images to detect and measure transients, such as microlensing events, in crowded stellar fields using the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope.

Infrared photometry of UV Piscium
The eclipsing binary system UV Psc was observed in the near-infrared (JHK), and a wave-like distortions have been observed similar to those in the visible. The out-of-eclipse observations have shown real large amount of scatter. This cannot be attributed to the existence of spots on one of the components, which can explain the wave-like distorition of ...

Monitoring luminous yellow massive stars in M33: new yellow hypergiant candidates
The evolution of massive stars surviving the red supergiant (RSG) stage remains unexplored due to the rarity of such objects. The yellow hypergiants (YHGs) appear to be the warm counterparts of post-RSG classes located near the Humphreys-Davidson upper ...

The effects of dust on the optical and infrared evolution of SN 2004et
We present an analysis of multi-epoch observations of the Type II-P supernova SN 2004et. New and archival optical spectra of SN 2004et are used to study the evolution of the Halpha and [O I] 6300A line profiles between days 259 and 646.
