An infrastructure to support interoperability in reverse engineering

open access: yesInformation and Software Technology, 2007
The reverse engineering community has recognized the importance of interoperability, the cooperation of two or more systems to enable the exchange and utilization of data, and has noted that the current lack of interoperability is a contributing factor to the lack of adoption of available infrastructures. To address the problems of interoperability and

Evolution of structural response to post-trenching of free-spanning submarine pipeline

open access: yesYou-qi chuyun, 2022
The free-spanning submarine pipeline has complex interaction with the surrounding soil during post-trenching, but its structural response mechanism is still not verified by physical simulation. Herein, a submarine pipeline model was designed based on the

The (Glg)ABCs of cyanobacteria: modelling of glycogen synthesis and functional divergence of glycogen synthases in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.
