Extended Infrared Absorption in Nanostructured Si Through Se Implantation and Flash Lamp Annealing
physica status solidi (a), Volume 221, Issue 24, December 2024.We fabricate Se‐hyperdoped Si using ion implantation followed by flash lamp annealing on planar and nanostructured surfaces. After implantation, we observe high sub‐bandgap absorption and severe crystalline damage, which is perfectly recovered after annealing.
