Zeitschrift fur Hautkrankheiten, 1978Among the 20 patients with ingrowing toenails operated on in the Department of Dermatoloy in Cologne in 1976, we noticed a combination of the following signs: ingrowing big toenail, latent diabetes, tall stature, pseudo-acromegaly, hyperhidrosis and a preponderance of the male sex and of the age group 12-16 years.
