Inguinal porokeratosis in a Japanese man

Inguinal and genital porokeratosis is rare but seems to be more common in Asians. We report a case of a 69-year-old Japanese man with multiple lesions of porokeratosis in both inguinal regions.

Feminization and severe pancytopenia caused by testicular neoplasia in a cryptorchid dog [PDF]

In this case report, a paraneoplastic syndrome caused by testicular neoplasia in a ten-year-old cryptorchid dog is described. Feminization and pancytopenia were observed, resulting from the testicular neoplastic production of estrogens.

This study revealed that 7‐demethylsuberosin exhibits immunosuppressive effects both in vivo and in vitro. Furthermore, it inhibits the phosphorylation of MAPK14 by targeting it, thereby modulating dendritic cell (DC) maturation and function and reducing inflammation across various in vivo models.
