Enabling Enhanced Performance of High Areal Capacity Composite Positive Electrodes by Tailoring Electrode Formulation and Microstructure via a Conductive Additive Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Energy and Sustainability Research, EarlyView.
High‐load lithium‐ion battery electrodes based on LiNi0.6Mn0.2Co0.2O2 (45 mg cm−2, 8 mAh cm−2) are produced by blending carbon nanotubes, conductive graphite, and carbon black as conductive additives to optimize both processing and performance. This formulation enhances specific discharge capacities to 146 mAh g−1 at 0.5 C, a 60% increase compared to ...

Harnessing the Biological Responses Induced by Nanomaterials for Enhanced Cancer Therapy

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
Nanomaterial (NM)‐induced toxicity can be strategically repurposed for cancer therapy. This review summarizes the mechanism by which NMs selectively activate specific cellular processes to regulate cell fate independently. We also discussed how NMs‐induced biological responses can be leveraged as therapeutic strategies for cancer treatment.

Regulating the Interaction Between Near‐Infrared Dye and Endogenous Albumin for Concurrent Imaging Skin Inflammation and Neovascularization After Flap Transplantation

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
This study identified a near‐infrared (NIR) dye with superior covalent albumin‐binding capability, enabling high‐contrast imaging of skin inflammation with minimal background interference. This work further demonstrated dual‐channel imaging of skin barrier disruption and neovascularization in flap transplantation models, and allowed simultaneous ...
