Organoids from colorectal peritoneal metastases as a platform for improving hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy

Organoid technology was used to create a preclinical model for evaluation of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) for peritoneal metastases from colorectal cancer.
